Custom enterprise applications for real operations
Applications for customer service, orders, inventory, returns, approvals, reporting and other workflows where software directly supports day-to-day operations.
With 24 years across software engineering, databases, eCommerce, analytics and enterprise operations, I help businesses modernize legacy systems, integrate disconnected platforms, build custom enterprise applications and turn difficult workflows into reliable production software.
What I bring
My work has moved from hands-on application and database development into architecture, integrations, analytics, commerce platforms, operational systems and technical consulting. That breadth is useful when the real problem crosses several technical boundaries at once.
Applications for customer service, orders, inventory, returns, approvals, reporting and other workflows where software directly supports day-to-day operations.
Experience with Classic ASP, ASP.NET and long-running SQL Server platforms helps me modernize systems without ignoring the business rules already embedded in them.
APIs, marketplaces, payment gateways, shipping carriers, SaaS platforms and internal applications are most valuable when they operate as one understandable business process.
Database engineering, ETL, reporting and analytics experience helps connect transactional systems to traceability, operational insight and management decision support.
Problems I help solve
I am most useful when a system has grown complicated: old and new technology coexist, several platforms need to communicate, operational users need better tools, or the business needs a safer path from the current state to something better.
Breadth beyond the flagship case studies
The seven case studies are selected examples. My broader experience also spans databases, marketplaces, carrier integrations, payment platforms, reporting, legacy web systems and the operational plumbing behind eCommerce businesses.

SQL Server · database design · administration · SSIS · replication · ETL · Power BI

How I approach architecture
I decide what should be reused, modernized, replaced or integrated by looking at users, business rules, data, dependencies and production risk—not by forcing every project into the same technical pattern.
Selected proof
These are three representative examples—not the definition of my experience. The full Case Studies section contains seven deep production stories.
Connected Shopify return requests to validation, CSR decisions, RMA processing, warehouse disposition, refund/exchange handling and bidirectional store updates.
Shopify Returns & Reverse Logistics Case Study →Replatformed established Classic ASP / ASP.NET commerce systems to Shopify while preserving data, SEO, operational continuity and custom business requirements.
Legacy eCommerce Migration Case Study →Integrated RingCentral with an existing CSR platform so telephony events could trigger caller identification, customer context and recent-order visibility in real time.
RingCentral CRM Integration Case Study →Experience & perspective
My career started with hands-on software development and grew through project leadership, eCommerce systems, database engineering, data analytics and enterprise consulting. That history helps me work comfortably with both long-running systems and modern platforms.

Start with the problem
Tell me how the business works today and where the current system is getting difficult. We can determine whether the right path is modernization, integration, a custom application, better data visibility—or a combination of them.
